VOCs Treatment Project in Laser Projection Industry Successfully Accepted | CADAIR

From ancient flames and candles to incandescent lamps, metal halide lamps, xenon lamps, light-emitting diodes, and lasers… almost all types of light source technologies have been applied in projection systems. Since its birth, the progress of projection technology has been inseparable from the development of light source technology, which directly determines the quality of projection images.

Core Technology: Guard the Green Future of High-End Manufacturing

In the process of modernization, high-end manufacturing is an important engine for social progress, and the efficient treatment of various waste gases is a key link in achieving sustainable development.

Recently, the Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) comprehensive treatment project for a laser projection technology enterprise in Shenzhen, constructed by CADAIR, has passed the acceptance inspection smoothly. After testing by a third-party testing agency, all emission indicators meet the requirements of Guangdong Provincial Local Standards “Emission Limits for Air Pollutants” (DB44/27-2001) and “Comprehensive Emission Standards for Volatile Organic Compounds from Stationary Pollution Sources” (DB44/T 2367-2022).

Project Overview: Cooperate with Industry Leaders to Undertake Environmental Protection Missions

The client of this project is a world-renowned supplier of laser core components with original technologies and core patents. During the production and manufacturing process, the enterprise generates industrial waste gases with complex components. Attaching great importance to environmental protection work, the client actively implements relevant measures for waste gas treatment and thus cooperates with CADAIR to carry out workshop waste gas treatment work.

Design Scheme: Tailor-Made for Precise Pollution Control

Faced with complex types of waste gases and different air volume requirements, CADAIR’s technical team conducted in-depth on-site investigations and tailored a “combination” comprehensive treatment scheme for the client to ensure that each type of waste gas is efficiently treated.

Organic Waste Gas

  • Composition: Acetone, n-Hexane, Methane
  • Air Volume: 35,000 m³/h
  • Process: Activated carbon adsorption device (one in use, one standby)

Dust Removal Waste Gas

  • Composition: Welding Fume
  • Air Volume: 12,000 m³/h
  • Process: Bag Filter

Acidic Waste Gas

  • Composition: Hydrogen Chloride, Hydrogen Fluoride, Sulfuric Acid Mist
  • Air Volume: 8,000 m³/h
  • Process: Horizontal Scrubber

Alkaline Waste Gas

  • Composition: Ammonia
  • Air Volume: 2,000 m³/h
  • Process: Horizontal Scrubber

This treatment system not only helps the client solve the problem of environmental compliance but also creates a clean and healthy production environment——which is both the client’s care for employees and its sense of responsibility to society. CADAIR is honored to escort the client’s green production with innovative environmental protection technologies and reliable solutions.
