Core Filter Material
The system adopts high-performance Activated Carbon Fiber (ACF) with 1500-2000 m²/g specific surface area supplied by TOYOBO. Featuring a highly developed and uniform microporous structure, the material delivers an adsorption capacity of 0.3-0.5 g/g (for benzene at 25°C) and rapid mass transfer performance.
Working Principle
Organic solvent vapors are fully adsorbed when industrial exhaust gas flows through the ACF adsorption bed. Upon adsorption saturation, high-temperature steam or nitrogen is injected for desorption. The high-concentration solvent vapor generated from desorption is cooled, condensed and separated into reusable liquid solvents, forming a complete closed-loop recycling process.
