CADAIR 2026 Kickoff: 220,000 m³/h Ultra-High Airflow VOCs Treatment Project for Container Industry acceptance

In early 2026, the Line A topcoat VOCs treatment project customized by CADAIR for a global leader in container manufacturing successfully passed acceptance and officially went into operation. This not only validates CADAIR’s environmental protection capabilities, but also kicks off the new year’s development journey with green precision engineering.

Project Background: Driven by Green Mission to Co-Build an Industry Environmental Benchmark

Containers are an important carrier of modern industrial civilization, and their standardization has driven the development of global logistics. As the world’s largest container manufacturing country, China’s related industry is a microcosm of the country’s foreign trade development.

The client of this cooperation is a global leader in the container industry. It is the world’s only supplier that can provide a full range of container products with completely independent intellectual property rights, and also the world’s largest supplier of passenger boarding bridges. Based on the consensus on green manufacturing, the two parties carried out cooperation, and this project has become the key for the enterprise to consolidate its industry position and achieve high-quality development.

Core Project Information: Precisely Matching Demands to Demonstrate Technical Strength

Based on the investigation of the client’s working conditions, CADAIR customized an exclusive treatment solution, with the core information as follows:

  • Project Location: Qingdao, Shandong
  • Waste Gas Components: Multi-component VOCs including propylene glycol propyl ether and xylene
  • Waste Gas Concentration: 350mg/m³
  • Airflow Capacity: 220,000m³/h
  • Removal Efficiency: >99%

Customized Design Solution: Guided by High Efficiency and Energy Saving to Create a Benchmark Project

Abandoning the mindset of “stopping at compliance”, CADAIR is committed to creating “high-efficiency, energy-saving, and intelligent” benchmark projects for clients. After demonstration, the combined process of “Pretreatment + Zeolite Rotor + RTO” was determined to achieve precise whole-process control.

Process Route

1.Pretreatment System: Precise Interception

A four-stage filter is adopted to remove paint mist, particulates and high-boiling-point substances, preventing the blockage of the zeolite rotor.

    2.Zeolite Rotor System: High-Efficiency Concentration

Leveraging the high-efficiency adsorption performance of the hydrophobic zeolite rotor, the waste gas with a volume of 220,000 m³/h is adsorbed and concentrated, significantly reducing the waste gas volume and lightening the load of terminal treatment.

      3.RTO System: Oxidative Decomposition

The concentrated high-concentration waste gas enters the three-bed RTO. In a high-temperature environment of 760℃, VOCs are completely oxidized and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water.

Significance of Project Acceptance: Highlighting Multi-Dimensional Value and Delivering Environmental Commitments

The successful acceptance of this project is of great significance. It not only delivers environmental commitments, but also provides productivity guarantee, achieving breakthroughs in multiple values:

        • Compliance Guarantee: Meeting the latest environmental regulations on emissions, building a solid compliance barrier and avoiding policy risks.
        • Ecological Responsibility: Improving the air quality in and around the factory area, protecting the health of employees, and demonstrating the enterprise’s social responsibility.
        • Win-Win Benefits: The highly automated system reduces operation and maintenance costs; heat energy recovery realizes energy conservation, achieving synergy between environmental and economic benefits.

The Qingdao project is CADAIR’s “opening win” in 2026, fulfilling the mission of “Working in Nature“. Adhering to its core corporate philosophy, CADAIR firmly believes that major national equipment needs not only leading production capacity, but also the responsibility of green development.
