Joining Hands Again | CADAIR Air Technology’s Waste‑Gas Treatment Equipment Arrives at Cyntec Electronics (WuHu) Co., Ltd. for Installation, Supporting its 10‑Billion‑Piece Capacity Expansion

Recently, custom‑built complete sets of VOCs waste‑gas treatment equipment manufactured by CADAIR Air Technology have arrived at the project site of Cyntec Electronics (WuHu) Co., Ltd., marking the official launch of on‑site installation. This project represents renewed cooperation between the two parties following their 2024 collaboration, supporting Cyntec’s expansion project for an annual output of 10 billion new‑type electronic components.

In 2024, CADAIR undertook the waste‑gas treatment project for Cyntec’s expansion to produce 5 billion electronic components per year. A zeolite rotor + Thermal Oxidizer (TO) process was adopted, with a designed system air volume of 20 000 m³/h.

Since commissioning, the equipment has been operating stably with consistently compliant VOCs emissions. Its reliable treatment technology and full‑lifecycle service have won customer recognition, laying a solid foundation for cooperation on this latest capacity‑expansion project.

Tailored to the waste‑gas characteristics of current production, CADAIR has upgraded the process route by adopting pre‑treatment + zeolite rotor concentration + Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) technology, with a designed system air volume of 45 000 m³/h. The zeolite rotor achieves a concentration ratio up to 10‑fold, well‑suited to the typical high‑air‑volume, low‑concentration organic‑waste‑gas conditions in electronics manufacturing.

The front‑end pre‑treatment filtration unit traps particulate matter to protect the zeolite rotor and extend its service life. The zeolite rotor concentrates low‑concentration VOCs, converting high‑air‑volume, low‑concentration waste gas into low‑air‑volume, high‑concentration waste gas. Organic pollutants are then decomposed by high‑temperature oxidation in the downstream RTO unit. Equipped with a waste‑heat recovery system, the solution guarantees high‑efficiency VOCs purification and steady emission compliance while effectively cutting overall system energy consumption.

On‑site installation is now progressing as scheduled. The CADAIR project team will exercise full‑process control over construction safety and engineering quality, strictly managing all milestones to ensure on‑time delivery of the waste‑gas‑treatment system.

Electronic‑component manufacturing is a key scenario for VOCs abatement, characterized by waste gas of high air volume and low concentration. CADAIR continues to deepen its expertise in waste‑gas treatment for the electronics industry. Leveraging proven complete‑set zeolite‑rotor‑concentration plus RTO/TO technologies, CADAIR delivers customized VOCs solutions for electronics‑manufacturers’ capacity‑expansion projects and supports the green and low‑carbon transformation of the manufacturing sector.
