On August 5, 2026, the exhaust treatment project at Jingyi Automation’s semiconductor equipment manufacturing base in Wuhu, Anhui Province, China, officially passed acceptance.
Designed to address the different exhaust characteristics of R&D testing and manufacturing processes, the project includes equipment for acid exhaust scrubbing, NOx treatment, VOC adsorption, and industrial dust collection, enabling targeted treatment of multiple exhaust streams.
