Analysis of the Characteristics of Typical Emission Sources

• Synthetic process section
the exhaust gas of reactor contains unreacted monomer, the gas from the top of rectification tower carries high boiling point substance, and the exhaust gas of centrifuge contains organic solvent mist droplets
• Preparation processing section
spray drying tail gas containing drug dust-VOCs complex pollutants, and ethanol is emitted during the coating process
• Auxiliary system
the non-condensable gas from the solvent recovery unit, and the volatile nitrogen heterocyclic compounds from the cleaning wastewater pool
